Psychological Testing

Clarity is powerful. My psychological testing process is designed to help you understand yourself better—whether you're struggling with focus, anxiety, or simply trying to make sense of your experiences. Together, we’ll get to the root of your concerns and create a clear path forward.

Step 1: Intake Appointment

We start with a conversation. This is your space to share your story—your challenges, patterns, and history. I’ll ask about your experiences at work, school, and in daily life to ensure the evaluation is tailored to your specific needs. If needed, I may review past records or collaborate with other professionals (with your consent). While testing is often the next step, we’ll decide together if it’s the right fit for you.

Step 2: Testing Session(s)

Testing is scheduled in focused, three-hour blocks. I keep the experience as comfortable as possible, incorporating breaks and adjustments as needed. My goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free so you can show up as your true self.

Step 3: Feedback & Report

After testing, I take time to analyze your results thoroughly. During your feedback session, I’ll walk you through what we’ve learned—what’s showing up in the data, what it means for you, and how to move forward. You’ll get personalized recommendations and a detailed report, which will be ready within 2 to 3 weeks. It’s yours to keep and share as you see fit.

I specialize in assessments for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. It’s important to know that ADHD testing sometimes uncovers other underlying challenges—an ADHD diagnosis happens in only about half of cases. No matter the outcome, I’ll make sure you leave with answers, direction, and a plan that makes sense for your life.
