Tailored, Evidence-Based Therapy
In individual therapy, I draw from research-backed approaches to help you gain insight and create meaningful change. Depending on your needs, we may use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation and mindfulness skills, or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen emotional connections and heal relational wounds.

Therapy should be accessible—no matter where life takes you. Through PSYPACT, I’m able to work with clients in 42 participating states (and counting), offering seamless, consistent care even if you move or travel.
My E.Passport mobility number (5722) allows me to provide virtual therapy to clients in any PSYPACT state. This means you can continue your therapeutic journey with me, regardless of location.
